OrthoIntel Orthopedic Intelligence Platform Guide

OrthoIntel Interactive provides surgeons the insights to understand their patient population. Surgeons can filter or select options for additional views. Patient demographics, procedure types and survey scores etc. are some of the ways that surgeons can select how they want to see trends and outcomes.

To access OrthoIntel Analytics page, the clinician will navigate to Menu-> OrthoIntel to access the page in CWE.

  • The OrthoIntel Page has three main tabs-Mobility, Outcomes, and Intraoperative.
  • The Mobility tab shows how patients progress with regard to various activity metrics.
  • With the Outcomes tab, the clinician will be able to visualize aggregate trends for survey outcomes.
  • With the Intraoperative tab, the clinician can visualize trends on how the clinician’s ROSA patients are doing compared to the non-ROSA patients using mymobility.

Home Page Controls

  • Filters:
    • OrthoIntel is interactive and therefore the clinician can choose to visualize the data in different ways. This page has different filters and views for the clinicians to choose from and the graph(s) will change accordingly. A few things to keep in mind are:
      • Procedure, Survey and Activity filters are drop downs. The clinician has to choose one option at a time from these lists.
      • Population comparison filter is a radio button. Only one can be chosen at a time.
      • For Age and Gender Type filters, the clinician can use the selection boxes to choose one or more at a time.
      • When selecting any Activity level in Outcomes or Intraoperative tabs, the graph(s) will change based on the Population comparison filter choice.
  • Download data: When a clinician wants to download data from the OrthoIntel Page, the clinician may do so using the ‘Download data’ button. Data will be downloaded to the clinician’s PC in a .csv file.
    • The data in the .csv file will differ based on each screen view in OrthoIntel. So, a clinician needs to download the file again, if the view or filters have been changed in the screen.
  • Print a Report: When a clinician wants to print a report from the OrthoIntel Page, the clinician may do so using the Print icon. The report is converted to a pdf file which can be printed. The report in the pdf will differ based on each view in OrthoIntel. So, a clinician may have to print the report again as the screen changes.
