ZBEdge® Single Sign-on Portal User Guide

General

Purpose: The ZBEdge Single Sign-on (SSO) Portal is a platform intended to provide a single access point to multiple Zimmer Biomet applications. With a ZBEdge SSO account, users can access their care management, case management, and analytics platforms. The ZBEdge Single sign-on Portal does not inherently provide access to tools, it is simply a means of navigating to other applications that the user has already been invited to or provided access to.

Available Applications:

  • mymobility® Care Management Platform: pre/post-op care management, patient engagement
  • ZBEdge Case Portal (ZBCP): modern case management platform
  • Drive Case Management System (DCMS): case management for PMI and PSI/Signature™ Guides
Note: US surgeons using Surgery Management System (SMS) for case management can access all pre-operative plans via ZBCP
  • ZBEdge Analytics: insight-based analytics platform for surgeons

Some applications are available for both iOS and Android devices. With the ZBEdge Clinician App for mobile devices, surgeons and their care teams have access to mymobility. Additionally, surgeons will have access to ZBEdge Analytics. The ZBEdge Clinician App is available for download on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

System Requirements: For more information about the system requirements, please visit the device support page.

Home Page

Application Portal: The application portal will display a set of tiles for the ZBEdge supported applications that you currently have access to or can request access to. Once you have logged in, the application portal will be shown. To navigate to an application, simply click the tile associated with the application you wish to use. A new browser tab will open, and you will automatically be directed to the home page of that application, without the need to log in again. Note: If you make changes to your account credentials (email address, mobile phone number, password), you may be asked to re-confirm your identity using 2-factor authentication. Following the update, you will access the ZBEdge Single Sign-On Portal using the updated credentials.
